Shipping policy

We ship all orders on Monday. 
Orders placed on a Monday may be subjected to a week long waiting period if you miss the cut/off. 
Shipping costs are individually priced on each items. 
We offer tracked and non-tracked shipping. Please read carefully before placing an order as this can not be changed after the transaction is made. 
All parcels are shipped with Australia post. 

Failure to receive your parcel will result in us doing research to locate your original parcel and/or sending out a new one at our earliest convenience. 

As we are a handmade business all customs orders may be subjected to a longer wait than 1 week, this will be discussed with each individual person placing a custom order.
